12-70 is a 1970’s semi-detached townhouse in downtown Toronto. Realizing the homeowners’ desire for contemporary style, STACKLAB engaged in all levels of design on the 20’ X 20’ three-story home. The renovation includes interior architecture and finishes, millwork, and custom furnishings.

On this project, staying within a conservative budget meant choosing impactful finishes wisely. Such as the patina finished rolled copper backsplash paired with an IKEA kitchen, and a cast ECC surround over the existing chamfered fireplace.
